Training with... Maria Segura 9

Hi again Female Muscle Fans. We are back again with this section in which some of our Steel Goddesses are sharing with us their best training routines for a championship body, and therefore for a wellbeing in our health. Each video represents an important knowledge inside training for improving our health through effort, discipline and determination.









In this time, Maria Segura from Mexico is back with an impressive routine. She is training legs, and coming up next you will watch her routines for this specific body part.
