This year was very intense in Bodybuilding, Fitness, Figure and the newcomer Bikini Class, and many moments has been saved in the memory of all admirers. In this time, Christmas is always a reflexion moment and is healthy to remember the final results because in one year, each work has been creating solid basis in order to be better than yesterday.

Aside of enjoying festivity days with music, dance, meals, gifts, prayers and good wishes; is important to remember the main reasons in which every person fights to reach the excellence and this site is not the exception.
