Merry Christmas And Happy Holidays 2022

Hi again Female Muscle Fans. Another year is about to end, and as always is important to make a reflection along the road. A year is a 12 months period in which we are writing our chapters of the book called life. And now this year is making the last pages of this book called 2022. Undoubtedly, pandemic situation is here to stay and we need to make the idea that we must coexist with COVID and making a great healthcare in our way of life. Let's begin with this important article in which you are our main reason to share our content and you are part of this family and community we have forged all these years.










Each year represents a cumulus of learning experiences, in every life aspects, and learning never ends, because we are always discovering new ways that are forging our personality and our criteria. Every time we are changing our way of being and as one song says: we are not the same people as we used to be. Each experience is unique and unrepeatable, so the way in which we are viewing the life is in a constant test of always rethinking and redefining our ideas and our skills we are learning in this journey of life. We are always in a movement that is challenging and chameleonic, and we must be with open mind to any possibility that can be even strange, but it can offer a new route to explore more new ways.

Steel Mourning

Hi again Female Muscle Fans. Unfortunately, this is one of those days in which one of our articles doesn't have joyful news. This is a news we wouldn't want to give, but due to the importance for Bodybuilding, is a must for us to inform you about this horrible fact.









In September 7th of 2017, the Bodybuilding world has lost one of their best athletes, being Argentinian nationality. Her name was Alejandra Rubio, she was one of the best Bodybuilders of her nation, and she has achieved many titles in which her level was always outstanding. Coming up next, we going to give a semblance of her life and career.









Semblance









Alejandra Mariel Rubio was born in Rosario, a city located in Santa Fe Province, in Argentina at December 26th in 1966. She was a teacher in Natural Sciences inside Biology for School in her city, besides she was a personal trainer and dancing teacher. Dance was her first approach with sports in childhood, later she studied for a biology career, and this was her theorical basis in order to learn about human body and taking nutrition courses. Later she started her sports career inside Bodybuilding from 1996 to 2017. Her time as active athlete was almost 21 years. She had a cardiovascular genetics sudies in Houssay institute and a professorship in music comedy in Teatro El Círculo (The Circle Theater).

2015 - IBFF European Tournament (Cartagena, Spain). Champion (single) and Runner Up (tag team).



2015 - IBFF Fitness World Cup (Slovenia). Bodybuilding Champion.



2016 - IBFF Fitness World Cup (Koper, Slovenia). Ms. Fitness Over 40 and with choreographic routine 4th place. Bodybuilding Runner Up.



2016 - IBFA Mr. & Mrs. Universe (Sapri, Campania, Italy). Bodybuilding Champion.



2016 - AFL (Argentinian Fitness League, Argentina) Termas de Río Hondo Tournament. Champion.



2017 - IFBB Fitness World Cup (Cartagena, Spain). Over 50 Class Champion. Fitness Shaper Runner Up and Over 40 2nd place.



2017 - IBFA Universe (Sapri, Campania, Italy). Over 50 Class 1st place. Special prize to the best torunament routine.









In addtition to being a woman who lived, breathed and perspired sports passion because she always practiced almost all sports in a recreational way, she had a human side, because she dedicated herself to rescue many animals that were in street situation, then she cured them and she fed them to leave them ready and finding families that could take care of them. She valued authenticity, truth, fidelity and respect for ethical principles and for oneself. She was a woman who knew howto find the balance between the athlete woman and the person who was behind the scenes with a lot of simplicity, good sense and passion for what she loved.









Unfortunately, the life of Alejandra Rubio would come to her end a date of September 7th of 2017. Everything happened when she was heading to Santiago del Estero to participate in an Iberoamerican Bodybuilding Championship that would be held in that locality. She, along with other companions of Argentinian team of the specialty were in a car that transported them on the highway on Route 34 of the Casares road and it occured a fatal accident in which the car collided head-on with a truck only 210 kilometers from its destination. As a result of the crash, the car caught fire and all were burned.

Wherever she is, Alejandra will always be a Musculator Woman. All her fans will remember her passion and effort to reach the highest competitive level, as well as the message of a woman who can be physically strong and at the same time very beautiful. Alejandra Rubio is and will be a Steel Goddess forever.
