Training Routine: I really don't have a Set Routine…. I just make sure I hit every part once a week and on my weak parts, I try and do twice a week. But I do go to the Gym at least 6 days a week.

Best bodypart: Upper Body, especially abs.

Favorite exercise: I really don't have a favorite exercise….. I train each bodypart to benefit me in bettering my physique.

Favorite music: R&B

Favorite color: Purple

Favorite Quote: Each day, each hour, each minute is special. Live for today, for tomorrow is promised to no one.

Favorite bodybuilder (man and woman): Don Long (male) & Dana Linn Bailey (Female)

Hobbies: I enjoy traveling, hiking, bowling w/friends, going fun shopping w/my girlfriends and of course working out at the gym.

A typical day in your life: I get up during the week at 7:00 am to get myself ready for the gym, get to the gym by 8:30 am and do my cardio and whatever bodypart is for that day. After I am done working out at the gym, go home and get myself ready for work. Get off work go home and relax and begin it all over the next day. On weekends I do workout but it varies from whatever plans that I will have going on.

Sponsors: No sponsors as of yet.

What do you enjoy most about the bodybuilding/fitness lifestyle?

The challenges of training and dieting in getting ready for a competition and just seeing how far you can take your body to be the best you can be on stage!

What do you enjoy about training for competition?

Again, seeing how far I can take myself and what improvements I can make in my body.

Curiosities about yourself: As each year that I plan on competing I just wonder how far I can take my body to improve the flaws that are seen on stage and to hope to work harder on the flaws to improve.

What has left in your life the practice of the sport?

In being in routine in making sure I go to the Gym every morning, cooking my food every Sunday for the week and loving how I look and feel to where I get compliments that I don't look my age.

Which are your most appraised values like athlete and person?

That I work hard, be determined, and strive for my goals in both as an athlete and my everyday life.

Which is the difference between the Offseason and On Season in your own words?

Offseason is when you can eat a little more freely and not being super strict like On Season. Offseason is where you can train harder and lift heavier because you have the energy to do so. On Season is when the strict dieting, more cardio and true discipline begins… when it is all or nothing knowing you want to be the best on stage.

Which is the greatest satisfaction in your sport career?

The preparation in getting ready for a competition. The changes that you see in yourself as the weeks go by until the big day when you know you did all you can do in getting yourself ready and to present the best physique that you have worked so hard for.

The woman in the present world has shown their capacity for take challenges in all society fields and the sport is not the exception. What do you think about the female sport on the future?

I think it is good to see female athletes compete in a sport that they say are really dedicated more to men…. but a woman can workout just as hard as a man and be dedicated in the sport to where the female should be treated the same as the man in the sport because we have to workout just as hard, if not harder than they do. We should be recognized in the sweat and tears that we put in to get on stage and perform well. I just hope in the future it will be seen and us women can be treated with the respect of the sport just as a man is.
