NPC Northern Kentucky Bodybuilding 2009

Hello again Female Muscle Fans. Kentucky will be taken by assault this weekend, because the Saturday 14th will be another edition for the NPC Northern Kentucky Bodybuilding. This competition will bring many excitment to the fans because the muscle goddesses will fight for reach the total glory with the best physique form. The best Kentucky athletes will have a great chance for show all their physical power, put the feet on the stage, fight for the podium and receive the reward to all the hard training sessions and the strict diet regimes.

Arnold Classic 2009

Hello again Female Muscle Fans. A year has passed since the last Arnold Classic Edition, and this 2009, get prepare because the contest has returned. Columbus, located in the Ohio state will be the host city and all the best female athletes will be participating for reach the total glory that reward all their sacrifice, determination, discipline, inspiration and overcoming wishes.
The experts consider that the Arnold is the first step for a long and winding road to the Olympia and all the athletic women will be fighting for the 1st place and all the recognition to their effort and dedication.

This weekend (March 6, 7 and 8), the contest will take by assault one of the most competitive provinces of the United States inside the sports world and the muscle women will show the best physique forms that will seek the triumph in a colossal stage. The places will be the Veterans Memorial Auditorium, located in the 300 W Broad St in Columbus, OH 43215 and the Greater Columbus Convention Center is located in the 400 N High St, Columbus, OH 43215. The Veterans Memorial Auditorium will have the finals, whereas the Greater Columbus Convention Center will contain the prejudging rounds.

If the memory doesn't fail, in the Ms International the winner was Yaxeni Oriquen, whereas Kim Scheideler (Kim Klein, now in retirement) was the champion en Fitness International and Gina Aliotti was the monarch on Figure International. The surprises will be inside the Pro and Amateur classes too. By the way, on the Arnold Amateur Class will make debut the most recent category: the bikini class.

FAME Northeast USA Model & Figure Championships 2009

Hello again Female Muscle Fans. FAME will organize this weekend the first contest inside the USA showing one more time that the Natural Fitness Movement got many interesting things to say. The FAME Northeast USA Model & Figure Championships will be the first competition of this year and all the fans will have an exciting contest in which the best female competitors will show their best physique forms for reach the total glory. FAME World Tour Body Proud Site

Hi again Female Muscle Fans. In this time we gonna talk about the other side of the coin: the Natural Fitness Movement (or No Drugs in another words). Due to the critical constants that has received the bodybuilding, fitness and figure sport with respect to the illegal use of steroids on the competitions, an organization arises to promote the sport totally free of the use of substances that improve the physical yield and is only the natural physical power. The name is FAME and take part of the World Natural Sports Organization (WNSO). Their mission is promote the Bodybuilding, Fitness and Figure in the natural state without the steroids use.

FAME Story


FAME was founded by Jeffrey Kippel and Mindy Blackstien in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Both was studying in the same college in California, USA and in one time, Jeffrey and Mindy talked about the judging at physique competitions, and their ideas soon begun to merge in a common goal. Jeff had detected a void inside the fitness industry, the key point was to give a space to all the competitors that were free of drugs, and he learned all that he could to find the advantage points to create a new form to see the fitness sport. At the same time, Mindy watched in their last university year an aerobic type stage competition and she was fell in love with the fitness industry. Mindy wanted to be involved in the fitness competitions as an administrator and e-mailed to an organization for learn about the methods for create the contests, but the answer never came out. 2 weeks later, Jeffrey and Mindy cross their paths when the first Natural Bodybuilding and Fitness competition organized was on the road. Mindy and Jeffrey could unite their abilities to create a new concept that would change the established schemes inside the sports industry with a movement called Natural Fitness.


In the present time, FAME could overcome the local shows in Ontario, Canada to become in a worldwide tour company. At the start, the categories were Natural Bodybuilding, Fitness, Figure and Fitness Model Search; but the success generated an expansion that created new classes like Muscle Model Search, Bikini Model Search, Glamour-Fashion Model Search and Figure Model Search.
