Believe it or not, athletic women have been the inspiration source of many artworks and songs are not the exception. With female bodybuilding boom many authors have wrotten melodies with reference to these exceptional ladies and as everything, there are divided in 2 parts: pros and against. As not everyone likes something, is locical to think that it will publish something against them, but here all fans of female strenght and burly women who are the reason of this page can openly show their love for this sport with no censorship, they can feel comfortable because this time will be discussed somewhat in favor of these powerful warriors.

Female Muscle Vs Beauty Role Models

Hi again Female Muscle Fans. In this time, we are going to talk about our passion, the Female Muscle against Beauty Role Models. This is one of the most controversial topics because not everyone are agree with some preferences. And let's begin because this can generate different opinions.

Through the times the woman has been considerated as the "weak sex" because the man has taken care of the hardest works. For that, the woman was relegated of the public recognition. But the time was in charge to put justice in the feminine work to have a shared credit. In the 20th Century, with the appearance of Barbie Dolls, the society began to accept a beauty role model, bringing about a stereotype that the woman had to follow.

Who would have imagined that a popular doll would bring a female stereotype? Some girls have tried to look like Barbie, even to the extreme of promoting serious illness like Bulimia and Anorexy.

When the women finally achieved their entrance in the sport world, specially in the Bodybuilding, the whole society was scared just to think in the latent possibility. The women had started a movement in which the muscle was a reality, and them had become in a new generation in the message for the healthy life. With the exception of the magazines and other media dedicated to the female sport, the rest showed a negative answer and the controversy continued of very unfavorable form for our female gladiators.

This is one of the most mentioned prejudices about these women. Many people have the belief about they want to become in men, but this is not necessarily true. This is a lifestyle for both sexes, so this is just a matter of respect and comprehension.

In the last times, the Audio-Visual Mass Media (TV, Magazines, etc) had generated an unexpected negative effect: the diseases of Bulimia and the Anorexy. The lack of self-esteem, security and confidence in most of the cases create in the affected women a false image about their beauty, and follow bad nutritional habits, food obstacles, inductions to the vomit, and diets non supervised by the doctor that leads to descompensations in the organism that generate a bad health, and even worse, the death.

Do you really believe this model must be imitated? Just think it twice because this is a wrong canon model.

On the other hand, the female athletes are a great inspirational source for all the whole society, because our warrior women got the fundamental values in a sportman or sportwoman (inspiration, overcoming, determination, discipline, commitment and respect). An athlete must to sacrifice many things in the life (family, friends, parties, hobbies, etc) to reach the excellence and to offer a sastisfaction for us in every competition.

These girls have had to fight with stablished paradigmas with respect to female beauty. Over the years, little by little the perception of the people is changing for good. There is a lot of work to do, but they as good warriors will face the challenge.

A female bodybuilder, fitness, figure and the new physique class are training so hard and they want to be recognized as a good example to follow and change the discriminating beauty stereotype for an equal treatment in the whole society. The female muscle can be combined with a dose of beauty, and even can be attractive, beautiful, cute and sensual. A woman who practices sports is still feminine, and she can mixture her sensuality and a great muscle body.

This is the best example with respect to the new beauty for women of tomorrow. A woman can be physically strong and beautiful at the same time. All depends of how many muscular mass is the goal for each athlete.

Hi again Female Muscle Fans. In a day like today, FMU was created to support female strenght and their admirers. A new year has begun and therefore there are new challenges because the hardest thing is keep proposing ideas related with these amazing girls who are always showing their incredible efforts to achieve a great sport career and at the same time showing to all the people their human side (family mother, student, wife, professional, etc). Through the years, FMU has done several contest coverages and some topics in which all high octane adrenaline is well received. This 4th Anniversary means a new chance to make new things and it's time to endorse the commitment for all of you because you are who make this site.
